I decided to hire Stacy as I have a relatively young office staff that needed coaching to grow into their new positions. Stacy has been able to focus their energy and was able to help them identify areas of needed growth and continues to coach them whereas they have become much more productive and professional.
I initially hesitated on hiring Stacy due to the cost but I found the work that she has been able to accomplish in such a short period of time has more than pay for itself and now I wonder why I hesitated.
Stacy has really helped define the work done by each of my employees in the office and has assisted them in leading and developing major projects and writing policy and procedures thus clarifying our invoicing and billing which has had a definite impact on our cash flow. By working with my office staff they felt empowered to make decisions and each was able to look at situations and to come up with a solution that is workable. By doing this, less time is spent on some activities and the staff can now focus on more serious matters.
The overall impact that Stacy has made within our business has been remarkable. I have seen many changes within my staff for the positive as well as myself. I have learned how to focus on growing my business and have become a better leader as my staff grows and delivers beyond my expectations now! Stacy has made it where I feel comfortable delegating duties and taking a break knowing now that the business it is in good hands with my staff.
One of the main things that I had Stacy look at initially was how we processed our 3rd party submissions and if there was a more effective way to shorten the amount of time spent on these. Stacy was able to decrease a two-day process down to 4 to 5 hours. She was able to writeup the procedures and when this task was transferred back to the office staff they were able to pick it up very quickly.
I would recommend to anybody looking for a business coach that they consider hiring Stacy as she is extremely effective and worth the investment. I can see that she would benefit someone just starting out or somebody who has been in business for many years. She is very up to date on all aspects of business and she really makes processes much more efficient and effective and I have definitely seen improvements with my staff as well as myself in a short period of time.
I found out after hiring Stacy that she was willing to take on any type projects which really freed me up to work on more of the marketing and client engagement instead of always worrying about being in the office trying to get invoicing, billing and payroll done. She also made me realize that working 70 hours a week was not a sustainable work schedule. I am now working less than 40 hours a week and I enjoy my evenings and weekends again.
